Why are these requirements necessary?
READ_PHONE_STATE :  the game needs that permission to keep the phone awake during gameplay and does nothing more than that.

WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE : the game saves data (level progress and settings) using this permission and does not collect any information from the user's device.

ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE : this permission is needed to check if the phone is connected to the internet and load stuff that the game needs (ads for example)

INTERNET : this permission is used to load ads from the internet and it doesn't download anything to the user's phone without permission.

Will your data be disclosed to any third parties?
the data collected by the game will be used in-game only and will not be disclosed to any other third party, it will not be saved anywhere and not even sent to the developer.

What right does the user have in case of violation of the privacy policy?
the user can request a refund and/or contact the developer asking for clarification of what happened, ask the developer to delete the data if it ever got saved somewhere unwanted (a website for example).
